He can manage the offset printing of a simple business card through to multi coloured brochures, books, catalogues, annual reports and stationery items. David can also coordinate the production of a wide variety of branded promotional products such as drinking glasses, drink bottles, pens, etc.
Distribution
To complete the process, David can organise your material to be posted or hand delivered, dealing with some of the top local mailing houses and distribution companies to ensure security and reliability.
Print Management
The management of your printed collateral can start with a simple catalogue… your printed items are listed using a form number and a picture of the product to ensure that there is never any confusion. An order form with the corresponding form number is supplied. This can be emailed or faxed when ordering. A stock on hand report will be generated each month to keep you up to date with your stock levels.
Warehousing
Further warehousing and a technology driven custom built online shopping cart system can be organised to allow easy access to your stock on hand, ordering, etc.
Quarterly performance meetings are recommended to track quality, delivery, cost etc. This ensures that high quality and service is consistent and to your satisfaction.
