When asked about his work history, Phill Craig replied “long and enjoyable”. In reality, Phill was always going to be a plumber. Country born and bred, Phill has been in the Plumbing Industry for over 24 years, and won the Apprentice of the Year award for every year of his apprenticeship.

18 years in business

He has owned his own business for the last 18 years and in 2005 was invited to join the Laser Group as its first plumbing franchise in Australia and New Zealand. The Group has since grown to 46 plumbing franchises in that region.

Phill and his team have a wide range of skills and experience that means they are dedicated to providing excellence to their customers and also to the development of their industry and the Laser Group as a whole.
