With over 28 years experience in business in a variety of roles, Nabil Salameh commenced his career as an engineer, and then diversified into other roles: business improvement and re-engineering, product development, customer service, advertising, and business planning and development. Nabil has consulted to business and run numerous training and team development sessions. He has personally managed teams up to 100 people.

Nabil has also managed a medium sized family business in Melbourne’s south east, employing over 30 staff. He has experienced firsthand the demands and pressures placed on business owners.

Over the last 7 years, Nabil has coached business owners in 58 different types of businesses, in industries as diverse as retail, manufacturing, hospitality, beauty services, automotive, pharmaceutical/healthcare, manufacturing and professional services, to name a few. Nabil shows his clients how to achieve more profits and be able to work less in their business, and achieve a better quality of life.

Nabil is a down to earth family man with two teenage children living in Melbourne’s south east. He has a passion for a balanced life and recognises that this is often lacking in the lives of many business owners.
